Accessible Activities for Calm, Connection & Wellbeing

Accessible in-home sessions for participants with varied physical and cognitive abilities. Access to others and nature has a direct protective effect on health, which means that we can ALL benefit.

How it works

The benefits of nature are well established, but access is not equal. We remove the effort and the discomfort, either by bringing nature to you with sensory resources and in-home sessions, or by sharing accessible bushland and garden settings together, with family and friends if that helps.

Grounded in research and inspired by evidence-based practices.
