Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Returned at the customer’s expense
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We’ll happily offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
