OVERVIEW

What We Offer

A single place to see every program, resource and visit we run across Melbourne, community programs, nature programs, and nature delivered to you.

How it works

We run two families of programs. Community programs bring generations together, schools, retirement communities, councils and workplaces meeting as equals to share stories, creativity and care. Nature programs draw on Shinrin-yoku (forest therapy), a preventative health practice recognised across Asia and Europe as an evidence-based, low-cost way to strengthen mental and physical wellbeing.
